When choosing what diet is right for you, you need to be practical and select one that will fit in best with your lifestyle. One that requires you to have steamed fish and noodles for lunch may not be that practical if you are at work, and ones that drastically reduce your calorie intake to unhealthy levels will leave you feeling exhausted and will probably drive you to binge in a few days.
