Managing Lifestyle Changes - Exercise
Unfortunately we are living in a world where physical activity is no longer a normal part of our everyday lives. We have great domestic appliances that make our lives easier in the home and cars to get us around and with the decline in manual labour many of us spend our working day sitting at desks. But it really is important to try and get some regular exercise each week.

Exercise is not just something that should be done when you are trying to lose weight. Exercise protects the heart, strengthens the bones and keeps blood pressure low. If the thought of joining a gym fills you with horror, you don't enjoy exercise classes, and where you live makes cycling tricky that is no excuse not to exercise. The key is understanding what exercise your body needs and doing something you enjoy.
